Exchanges and Returns
The Customer may exercise his right to return/exchange the order within 15 days from the date of product delivery.
To exercise the right of return/exchange, the Customer must send an email to email@example.com, indicating the number of the order, and the refund will be made through the same form of payment and only after the merchandise has been received.
The costs of returning the product (shipping) are borne by the buyer. We do not accept returns/exchanges of customized products.
The Customer undertakes to return the products, without undue delay and in any case within a period of 15 days from the date on which the Customer has notified FUTAH.
Products must be returned/exhanged in the same condition as they were delivered. The Customer must ensure that the products are intact and complete, that they have never been worn, dressed or otherwise damaged in any way, and returned in their original packaging, with all labels.
FUTAH will verify the packaging and conditions of each returned product, the integrity of the such Products being an essential requirement for the exercise of the right of free return.
FUTAH reserves the right to reject the return/exchange if it appears that the Products have been damaged, deteriorated, tarnished or apparent unequivocally that they have undergone a use other than that strictly necessary to verify the conformity, nature and qualities of the product.
If the return/exchange is rejected, FUTAH will contact the Customer and, consequently, will not credit the amount paid by the Client, also reserving the right to obtain compensation for any damages attributable to the Customer's behavior.
